Fredericks Foundation supports small start-up entrepreneurs, that would usually be excluded from mainstream finance. Their aim is to give beneficiaries a hand up, not a hand out, by providing small, repayable, not for profit loans to help individuals to start small businesses.
EG came onboard to help rebrand, restructure, and revamp the internal charity procedures through the development and roll out of a strategic repositioning plan. Four years on, Fredericks Foundation launched a range of different initiatives, including a Women Loan Fund that aims to address the lack of women entrepreneurs. EG remain integral to their management team and have driven the relaunching their website, shone a light on their future vision and hosted corporate fundraising events, all of which were vital in bringing onboard new supporting partners.
