We worked with newly amalgamated cycling retailer BIKE UK to help them understand their new brand identity in the context of social media and maximise their community engagement for commercial benefit. The business, which currently owns two stores in Bristol and Taunton, wanted help understanding how they could retain a personal connection to their loyal local customer base in each location whilst using social media to reach out to a new audience.

Ethical Goods helped with the set-up and initialisation of a social media dashboard and monitoring system and conducted staff training focussed on using social media to promote and sell product and grow following.
